Digital content (videos, text, and downloadable files). No physical items are shipped.

How you receive access

After payment is confirmed, we send the access link to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery time

Within 24 hours after payment confirmation (usually within a few minutes).

Recover access

Check your spam and promotions folders. If you cannot find the message, email napponsouza041@gmail.com from the address used for the purchase and we will resend the link.

Delivery issue

If access does not arrive within 24 hours, contact us. If we cannot resolve the issue, you will be entitled to a full refund.
