Educational content, training, and materials to help you create, structure, promote, and sell your own e-books using digital marketing strategies. The service is offered through a monthly subscription.

3. Acceptable use

Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials, reselling, copying, or distributing the content is prohibited.

4. Purchase terms

Price: [TO BE DEFINED] per month, in Brazilian reais. Monthly subscription, automatically renewed every 30 days until canceled. Payment is processed by an official provider.

5. Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate information, keep your email address up to date, and use the content in accordance with these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content is protected under Brazilian Law No. 9,610/98. The subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive license while it remains active.

7. Limitation of liability

This is educational content. Sales, revenue, or financial results are not guaranteed and depend on individual factors. Nothing in these terms limits rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

10. Governing law

The laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil apply. Any dispute shall be heard in the courts of the customer’s place of residence.
